By downloading, installing, or using WC Fan Hub 2026, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the application.

2. Description of Service

WC Fan Hub 2026 is an independent fan application providing World Cup fixtures, scores, AI-generated match previews, and a prediction game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, any national football association, or any official tournament organizer.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features, such as the prediction league. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Premium Upgrade

The $2.99 premium upgrade is a one-time payment that unlocks unlimited AI match predictions and removes third-party advertisements for the lifetime of the application. No recurring fees apply. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable local consumer protection laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, or post offensive content in public leaderboards.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the application using automated tools or scripts.

6. Intellectual Property

All application code, original designs, UI assets, and proprietary content are owned by the developer. The "World Cup" term, team logos, and other third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used purely for descriptive, non-official fan informational purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant or guarantee that the live scores, match fixtures, or AI-generated predictions will be 100% accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes arising out of your use of WC Fan Hub 2026 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
